Refund policy

At Obsessing वस्त्र, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or eligible product, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with this policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window
   Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
   The product must be:
   Unworn and unused
   Unwashed
   In its original condition
   With original tags, packaging and accessories intact
   Free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage or other signs of use
   We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
2.  If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
   Please provide:
   Your order number
   Clear photographs/videos of the product
   Photographs of the packaging, shipping label and parcel
   After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
   Only one size exchange request may be accepted per order. The product must meet all return conditions mentioned above.
   If the requested size is unavailable, we may provide another available resolution at our discretion.
   4. Non-Returnable Products :
   Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been:
   Worn, washed or altered
   Damaged after delivery
   Returned without original tags or packaging
   Stained or otherwise used
   Returned after the applicable return period
   5. Refunds :
   Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
   Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
   The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
   6. Return Shipping :
   For wrong, damaged or defective products confirmed by us, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and, where applicable, bear the return shipping cost.
   For customer-initiated size or change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
